TERMS OF BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY

We require every new colour client to have a skin test and consultation before we can secure a booking. This is to ensure your safety as well as an opportunity to make a plan for your colour appointment and book out the correct amount of time to achieve your desired look.

Consultation appointments last roughly 20-30 minutes and are charged at £20. Should you wish to proceed with booking an appointment with us after your consultation, we will discount the cost of your consultation fee from the overall cost of your colour. Should you wish not to proceed with booking an appointment with us after your initial consultation, you are still required to cover the cost of the consultation.

Skin tests must be carried out and we will not carry out a colour service without one. If you have a reaction to your test, you must let us know at your earliest convenience as this means we will not be able to go ahead with your colour service. We are happy to arrange a consultation via messenger, text or telephone call and will arrange a convenient time for you to visit the salon for a skin test and any relevant hair tests that need to take place prior to your visit.

Products and ingredients are constantly changing, and your safety is a priority.

To secure an appointment, we require a booking fee for all appointments and following your consultation. You will be required to leave a booking fee of up to 50% for all appointments. The cost of this along with your consultation fee will be discounted off your final bill on the day of your appointment.

Booking fees will be fully refunded as long as you give us at least 48 hours notice of cancellation. We require 48 hours notice so that your appointment can be offered to another guest.

For appointments under the value of £25 which are booked within the 48-hour cancellation window, we require full payment up front and this will act as a non-refundable booking fee.

If you cancel last minute or don’t show up for your appointment, your booking fee and consultation fee will not be refunded.

For repeated last-minute cancellations or no shows of hair services where we are not able to offer an appointment to another guest, you will be required to pay for future appointments in full in advance. Again, we have a 48-hour cancellation policy in place.  Deposits and booking fees will only be refunded if you give us 48 hours notice of cancellation or more.

We are a small but busy salon and appointments are really limited, especially on a weekend.
